Of absolutely everyone, not just those who have achieved something!
After all, if in the future humanity becomes reusable and people who deserve it and who don't deserve it will live (some more often, some less often, each time longer or shorter) again and again, then the first will be mixed up to become the last, and the last will be mixed up to become the first - for the first time making all of humanity more stable, and stronger, and infinitely, hundreds of millions of times wiser and fairer, and therefore safer - after all, sooner or later, absolutely everyone can become a real Superherou!
